The Halcyon Flare EXP 5.2 Light has all the power and performance of the Focus 1.0 but without the adjustment to change the focal length. Many highly experienced divers still choose the Flare 1.0 for simplicity and a smaller profile.

Without the focus module, the total length of the light head is reduced making it ideal for smaller hands or as a backup light.
